the program restores digital image files, but it can also repair damaged pdf files, and it works with both jpeg and tiff files. theres also a jpg repair option, but it can only repair damaged photos and not whole folders. if you want to repair an image file entirely, such as a jpeg that has lost its colour, or a gif that has turned into a jpeg, you can re-save the file from within the application. a success rate of 99 per cent is probably considered pretty good.
