Gravitorium has been designed to be easily used by non-technical users, while at the same time empowering advanced users to make and save designs for actual, physical spacecraft.
Gravitorium is not a fully featured flight simulator – no ATC required – but it can run from a USB stick, which will provide a kind of rudimentary communication with a real, physical space vehicle.

A pretty simple space game.
You start off in the middle of the screen with a Thrust Ray at your disposal. You are given a Thrust Ray that fires any way you want. If you land in an asteroid field, you don’t have to stop; you can fire your Thrust Ray in any direction.
Just as long as you don’t hit a star, you do a tiny damage to the star and continue your journey.
Note that you can also damage your Thrust Ray by pushing asteroids into it.
As you continue on your journey, you’ll discover more and more asteroids. They all hit you in a random location.
When you pass an asteroid, it slowly drifts away from you.
You can only see one asteroid at a time, you can’t see different ones at the same time.
When you die, you will return to the beginning of the game.
The smaller asteroid is worth more points than the larger one.
The floating asteroids, or “cops”, will go all over the place.
There are two more features in the game:
– You start the game with a tiny Thrust Ray.
– You need to keep your Thrust Ray over your ship.
The Thrust Ray is like your weapon and the asteroid/cop is like your target. You can hit them when you need to.
The Thrust Ray is powered by your fuel. It’s like your energy.
Your fuel is lowered by hits.
When your fuel is gone, the Thrust Ray becomes tiny and you can use it again.

Gravitorium Pro is an ad-free, premium version of Gravitorium.
It lets you create and share your own solar system maps, as well as view a wide variety of my existing maps.
In order to create and share your own star systems, you can use the powerful creation wizard and the wide variety of pre-made planet, star and black hole tools.
Besides the fact that you can create and share your own star systems, in this release there are a few more improvements and features.
There’s a new ‘My Stars’ screen which let’s you view the individual stars of a randomly generated star system. It also offers the ability to add/remove objects from the star, set some properties (such as mass, size, a planet etc.).
You can zoom in on an object using a pinch gesture or by using the ‘Zoom in’ button (or the + button in the toolbar).
If you’re planning to perform some multi-planet observations of a star, you can use the new ‘Observe’ button to monitor the planets of a star and follow their orbits. You can switch between the mass and size of the planets, see the phases of the planets etc.
During the ‘Observe’ mode, you can also use the ‘Notebook’ to add notes to the star system. The notebook also offers the option to share the star system it’s self (using Gravitorium.net or DropBox).
There’s also a new ‘Public Stars’ screen which let’s you view any of my existing star systems. With just a click of the ‘Explore’ button you can view a random star system that I have made or you can view my favorites list.
