a previous generation of the wacom driver is currently installed on this system. to continue with installation, the outdated driver must be uninstalled. to uninstall, search for wacom utility. once in the utility, click remove under the tablet software heading. once uninstalled, close the wacom utility and re-start driver installation.
when i did the remove, the wacom utility, was gone. it wont let me continue.
i installed the wacom manager on my macbook, and no matter what i do, the buttons on my intuos5 pen dont work, it says the pen is connected but it doesnt have any effects. does anyone have any idea what i can try?
ok, so i have macbok pro, plugged in my intuos 5 on usb port. have no driver installed. have no skectchbook, painter, etc on my mac. (they all work on my windows machine.) tab shows the wacom manager. if i go to the eraser, use the eraser, delete all the work, it says there are no drivers on my mac. if i plug it in at that point, the tab just shows up blank, or the tab with no drivers. any ideas?
wondering if anyone else has had issues with a wi-fi connection? just found out that if i connect and run the https://www.wacom.com/en-us/download/utility/debugger/, i can get the ip address of the adapter that my wifi adapter connects to and also the ip address of the gcp router. i think the gcp router info is useful to see if the wifi is actually active. i can also get the ip address of the mac and if i ping any wifi router it works, so just wondering if my connection is failing. i assume it is since my connection speeds are terrible.
