A bit about myself, I am a middle aged fellow, 36 years old.  Large boned, I’ve discovered that I’ve consistently struggled with my weight and body image.  I like the meals like a lot of people, and I’m a vegetarian too, did I point out I like beer also? : (.

And so anyway, I chose to join the gym as I have lifted several weights in earlier years and enjoyed it, I’m large boned plus I tend to gain muscle relatively easy so that’s a good thing, always have to take the positives that you have been given.  Over the years I’ve been on a lot of diverse diet programs, but hardly ever stuck with’t hem in the long term.  I do not like the word diet plan and I do not like the emotional damage it can to just one that wants to relinquish weight.  Diet conjures up all sorts of photos of starving yourself on weird and ridiculous meal combinations, it can make you think that you are planning to place yourself through some kind of meals boot camp and also you can not eat the meals you enjoy eating.
