It is a depressing fact that many people are overweight. I know, ikaria lean belly juice (please click the next page) because for a very long time I was one of them. Being 5’6″ and just about 200 pounds is not a good look. The nickname of mine among the friends of mine was “Wombat”. For individuals that are not Australian (not all of us is often so lucky!), a wombat is like a badger or a groundhog. Fat, round, slow moving and unhealthy tempered. To be truthful, it was not the nickname I’d have chosen for myself. I constantly enjoyed Leopard. Or perhaps Dragon. But I have Wombat.
It wasn’t as in case I didn’t try to lose some weight. In fact at times I did. A bit. For a while. Although not enough so anyone noticed. A hundred and eighty 7 pounds does not look a lot different to one 100 as well as ninety two pounds. The Wombat lived.
I tried all types of diets and restricted eating regimes. The Atkins diet plan. The Pritikin diet. Higher protein-rich diets. (Made me feel ill all of the time). Very low carbohydrate diets. (Made me so fatigued I didn’t wish to do something other than lie available as well as watch television). Fruit diet programs! They truly got everything going through my body but sadly didn’t make me lose excess weight. Vegetarian diet programs. Some of these diets helped for some time. I lost a few pounds but eventually got weary of the sameness of the food and quickly put back on whatever I had very hard earned lost.
In addition, I was hungry everyday.
Last but not least, I realized I can potentially remain on the couch and achieve nothing until I died, or perhaps, I can shed off excess weight and rejoin the human race. I researched on the internet to locate a method of losing a few pounds which would suit me. I bought a great deal of products which promised me losing weight to create a supermodel envious. I tried out. I really did. The only thing to lose fat was my wallet. I started to lose heart that I was destined to be Wombat all the life of mine.
